Capture the Job ("the Service") helps you produce tailored resumes from a profile you provide and job descriptions you paste in, and (on paid plans) track your job applications. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or that any resume will pass any applicant tracking system. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every document before you submit it to an employer.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform or employer you interact with, and for not misrepresenting your qualifications. Do not use the Service to deceive, discriminate, or submit content you have not verified.
Paid features are billed through our payment processor. A-la-carte resume generations are charged per resume; subscription plans are billed per their stated terms. Prices may change with notice.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any employment outcome, account restriction, third-party platform action, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
