We store the account information you provide (email), the structured profile you enter (education, work history, skills, and related details), the job descriptions you paste in, and the resumes we generate for you. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
We use your profile and the job descriptions you provide to generate tailored resumes and to provide the features of the Service. To do this, the relevant content is sent to our third-party AI provider for processing. We do not sell your personal information.
We may compute aggregate, de-identified analytics from usage of the Service — for example, how often tailored resumes reach interview stages across all users, segmented by resume version or role type — to monitor and improve quality (including detecting applicant-tracking parsing drift). These analytics do not identify you individually and are not used to make decisions about you.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the operator of the Service.
We rely on third-party providers for AI generation, payment processing, email delivery, and hosting. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
